Pierpont City Crossing

Pierpont at City Crossing offers high visibility at the intersection of Tower and Church St, providing a “gateway” landmark statement when approaching downtown New Haven or leaving town along Church Street. There is a lot of design emphasis on the corner of the intersection, with a taller structure visible from several blocks around. With careful consideration of the building efficiency, the design solution provides three outdoor spaces, two courtyards above parking podium and a roof terrace, giving residents a variety of options as well as privacy. The exterior materials were carefully selected to blend with the existing context with neutral tones, and provide residential warmth with wood tones and textures.
