POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Job Captain is responsible for consultant coordination, code and accessibility research and issues, assisting the project manager in the development and implementation of the Project Schedule, promoting clear communications among all project team members, acting as “In-house” project coordinator, supports all team members and reports to the Project Manager. The Senior Job Captain will be responsible for one job/client and/or a number of smaller jobs.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as liaison between the architectural team including designers and all consultants to coordinate information
- Assist Associate team members as needed and offer solutions to rectify any problems that arise
- Attend and observe client meetings and prepare and distribute minutes
- Assist Principal/Project Manager in development and implementation of project schedules
- Responsible for code and accessibility research and issues
- Review all Architectural work and coordinate with consultants (under the supervision of the Project Manager)
- Prepare, control and manage the deliverables of the project for final review by the Project Manager
- Manage and maintain project files including monitoring modeling correctness
- Ensures compliance and monitoring of production process and standards in cooperation with BIM manager

EDUCATION AND PRIOR EXPERIENCES
- Education: Minimum Bachelor of Architecture
- Experience: Recommend 5-7 years of experience in architecture International, Mix-Use Projects
- License: Not required but preferred
- Software Proficiency: Exceptional skills in REVIT, MS Office required, Photoshop and/or InDesign a plus
