Innovative architecture and planning firm, Lessard Design announced the promotion of Ulises Montes de Oca to Vice President.

Ulises Montes de Oca joined Lessard in 2004 as a designer and quickly advanced to the role of Associate Principal. With more than 15 years of design experience including mixed-use, residential, retail, office and hotel development – Ulises’ can easily adapt to his diverse clients and the evolving market trends. His depth of experience includes market analysis, multi-family programming and land planning for environments ranging from dense urban settings to suburban communities.
As Vice President, Ulises will be responsible for continued growth in student housing, assisted living and strengthening our current markets. In addition, alongside Christian Lessard, Ulises’ will be steering the direction of the company including the global goals of Lessard Design’s vision, as well as its strategic plan for expansion.
