The Waterside Master Plan converts the 227 acre Chantilly Crushed Stone quarry and an adjacent 107 acre parcel into a vibrant mixed-use development. The plan artfully weaves together 3.79 million square feet of commercial office and retail buildings with 3.3 million square feet of Multi-Family residential units in both stand-alone residential buildings and mixed use residential over retail buildings, integrating commercial and civic spaces into a Town Center. Approximately 1.15 million square feet will consist of commercial and retail units.
Waterside will promote a rich and varied urban environment that establishes streets and plazas creating a highly walkable community, where residents can live, work, play, celebrate and reflect.
