Melody Nobleza
Melody Nobleza has over 25 years of experience working as a design leader for mixed-use, multi-family residential, urban-infill, and single-family projects. She is a multi-faceted and passionate designer working in various capacities in all phases of the design process, and who understands the responsibility of being able to interpret and work with the client’s goals of creating an economical and aesthetically pleasing project.
As Associate Principal of Single Family, Townhomes, and Planning, Melody performs various pre-planning, programming, conceptual, schematic design, and design development phases, and uses her site planning and zoning expertise for each project, leading both clients & teams towards creative design solutions.
