Ayoub Sarouphim
Ayoub has over 20 years of experience leading the design and development of large-scale Mixed- Use projects around the world. His design and leadership skills are driven by a holistic approach aimed at creating experiential destinations that position clients to succeed and communities to thrive. Ayoub’s experience includes adaptive reuse, planning, and new construction of retail-driven mixed-use environments. Ayoub actively participates in ULI, ICSC, and AIA conventions and is currently the Co-Chair of the ULI Case Study Committee in Washington DC.
