The $27,000,000 (SR 101,250,000) project involves the development of multiple buildings on two separate sites within the prestigious Diplomatic Quarter Section of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia’s capital.

The architecture for the two buildings on the first site is inspired by and named the Dunes, which are prevalent throughout the Kingdom.  The buildings total 89,240 square feet (8,290 square meters) and provide space for the consolidation of personnel and resources of the Prince Fahad Bin Salman Charitable Association for Renal Failure Patient’s Care.  

The architecture for the three buildings on the second site is inspired by and named the Wadi.  The site’s three buildings total 303,110 square feet (28160 square meters), and provide rental space for commercial offices and retail.
