Brambleton Town Center has won an award for the Best Condominium Community in the 2017 Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Awards were announced at the NAHB International Builders’ Show on January 10.
The community located in Brambleton, VA was designed by the Vienna, VA, firm Lessard Design for developer, Knutson Companies. The interiors were designed by Model Home Interiors.
Brambleton Town Center features four-story elevator condominium townhomes offering luxury urban living just steps from the array of shops, entertainment, and restaurants in the town’s retail center. Blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living spaces, these homes invite open conversation and a brighter way of life. An expansive rooftop terrace provides owners with a relaxing indoor and outdoor retreat.
The community of townhomes is a successful combination of urban lifestyle, convenience, and community enhancement. This community was meant to help tie the surrounding suburban neighborhood to the Brambleton Town Center. By providing a more transitional modern architectural style, the community is meant to give homeowners the sense that they have now transitioned into a more urban landscape, while acknowledging that there is still a thriving suburban neighborhood within walking distance. The architecture was meant to add a spark to the livability of the town center and encourage the start of an active nightlife for the Town Center through the use of large indoor/outdoor living spaces.
